🎭 The NEXT Festival highlights powerful storytelling across disciplines. Hosted by George Washington University Corcoran School of the Arts and Design, this year includes an exhibit featuring a story of my own family’s immigration from Hong Kong. 🏡 Big news for NYC buyers: new legislation is bringing more structure and transparency to the co-op purchasing process. Under the updated law, co-op boards will now be required to approve or reject applications within a defined timeframe (generally 45 days) after a complete submission.
