Basically the apartment has no issues. All the bedrooms are a nicely sized, have a window, closet etc. It's not on ave D, it's not above a bar, it's not near a hospital with loud ambulances.
GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD. The area is phenomenal- situated in the Lower East Side ( LES) one block from the East Village and within walking distance to Soho, Alphabet City, & Two bridges. F, J, M, Z train are minutes away. 6 train is a daoable walk as well. There is a WHOLE FOODS and a 1 year old YMCA with an Olympic sized swimming pool 5 minutes away. The pool is free at certain times.
