Robert Khodadadian is the founder and CEO of Skyline Properties, a premier New York City-based commercial real estate firm specializing in off-market transactions. Known for his expertise in brokering high-value deals, Khodadadian has facilitated landmark transactions across Manhattan and the outer boroughs, including the $72,125,000 sale of 530 West 25th Street, a $65,000,000 ground lease at 236

5th Avenue, the $50,000,000 sale of a retail co-op at 131 Prince Street, a $46,500,000 three-building multifamily package in Kew Gardens, and, most recently, placing 101 Greenwich Street under contract for over $100,000,000.
Khodadadian began his real estate career while studying finance at Pace University, buying and flipping properties. He refined his skills at Massey Knakal Realty Services under the mentorship of industry leader Bob Knakal, gaining invaluable insights into New York’s commercial real estate market. This experience inspired him to re-establish Skyline Properties in 2013, emphasizing confidential, client-first service.
