We write with heavy hearts to share the passing of Jocelyn Miller, beloved wife, mother, sister and friend, who suffered a sudden cardiac arrest on September 2, 2025. Despite the heroic efforts of her family, EMS, and hospital staff, she could not be saved. In her final act of selflessness, Jocelyn is donating her organs so that others may live.

Jocelyn’s greatest joy was her daughter, Penelope. She was deeply devoted to Penelope’s education, always striving to give her every opportunity to grow, learn, and flourish. To honor Jocelyn’s legacy and ensure that Penelope has the support she needs, we are establishing the Penelope Shulman Scholarship Fund.

This fund will stand as a lasting tribute to Jocelyn’s love and dedication, while helping to secure Penelope’s educational future.
