Hi everyone! Remember me?! 🤭
It's been WAY too long since I introduced myself.

I'll start with some transparency:
2022 rocked me personally and professionally. So much got in the way of me creating content. I couldn't show up in an authentic and sustainable way. I've experienced so much growth in a short amount of time. Plus I moved across the country to another big city (Orlando is WAY different than NY!). But I'm here now, so let's not waste time!

Okay, so I'll share:

▪️ I have a 14/15 year old orange goof ball named Macklemore aka Mackie. I adopted him 7 years ago from a hoarder. He's been my rock; we've moved around about 9 times. Sounds like a lot?! It was! To summarize: before finally living on my own, I was part of various lease/roommate situations with different expiration dates. I couldn't handle the leases on my own, and finding units or roommates that allowed Mackie was HARD!

▪️ Born and raised in NYC, I grew up with a desire to have an arts career. I went to the "Fame School" for instrumental music, and SWORE I'd play at Lincoln Center. Jokes on me! I found a passion for animals freshman year of college. That passion ran through my late 20s, when I ran a pet care service for about 8 years. Then COVID happened... None of my clients were from NY, so they went back home. So many emotions came with this sudden change, but I quickly remembered my other passion: REAL ESTATE!
I studied my butt off, took the test, and passed the first time. I meant serious business! Unfortunately, cold calling, the old school sales method, was illegal by the time I became licensed. So I had to get creative with the marketing skills I developed from my pet care business. And let me tell you: digital marketing requires SO much creative brain juice! So of course I had to sit back, learn, and now I've RETURNED!

Hi, everyone!
Life update:
So I took a big real estate rest. That’s because NY is crazy, in the best and worst ways possible 😅 Agents don’t joke when they say this path “is not for the faint of heart!” This BTS of this business honestly took a bit of a toll on my creativity, which I strongly believe is essential to thrive in this field. Nobody really shares this side, but I’m not ashamed to, especially being a new agent and all. What I’m learning is that it’s ok to rest as a reset button; I did and I will again if needed. I’m glad I did. Here is I am, almost a year later, feeling stronger than ever! I may have needed to rest to rebuild, but I didn’t put my work *to rest*. BIG DIFFERENCE! My creative juices are flowing a different direction to help you acquire and build the home of your dreams 🥲 More to come!
