I’m excited to announce that the official launching date of the switch over to The Agency, a global real estate brokerage, is set for the end of this summer! This merger has opened a lot of new opportunities not only for myself but also for my team and our clients.

Over the years, I am proud to say that we have built a robust referral network and have completed multiple successful deals nationally; but because of this great partnership with The Agency, we’ve created more and deeper relationships across the country and have already begun taking steps to fully taking advantage of these global resources for our clients and supporting our clients not only nationally, but internationally. Real estate website RentCafe has delved into the research on the current housing market to reveal some interesting facts. In a survey of 3,700 participants, it has been found that 1 in 3 apartment renters are willing to downsize to a smaller unit to put money aside for a starter home. The real estate website observed the housing markets and renter fees of 200 cities to see which ones could save up the fastest for a down payment on a starter home.
