Just Released: BOND NEW YORK’s Q3 2026 Market Report!
Manhattan’s residential market shifted gears in Q3 as activity slowed following a stronger first half of 2026. While the Summer lull was noticeable, limited inventory and resilient pricing suggest a seasonal pause rather than a fundamental shift.
As fall inventory returned in September, buyers remained active — but cautious and highly focused on value. With contract activity slower than the typical seasonal pace and mortgage rates rising, pricing will be especially important for sellers heading into Q4.
As we enter the final quarter of the year, all eyes are on whether buyer activity picks up and how quickly the market absorbs the new fall inventory ahead of the holidays.
