Bonnie and I spent the afternoon walking around Tottenville and inviting some of the closest neighbors to the open house that we are hosting tomorrow, highlighting our brand new listing at 631 Yetman Avenue.  During our travels, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting some of Tottenville’s youngest residents. While I most definitely enjoyed the very needed, and most delicious iced tea after a long walk, speaking with these gentlemen made my afternoon. They spent their afternoon selling iced tea and plan to donate their  well earned money to local dog rescues. As most of us on Facebook know, there are many dogs and cats in need of homes  that are being cared for by rescues and fosters nearby.  The mission and process  can become costly, and these boys knew just what to do to take positive part in our community. I am sharing my afternoon with you all in hopes that you will join us in helping these young entrepreneurs. If there is anything Tottenville knows best, it is coming together as a community.  No donation is too small and I would be grateful for any share!  I have included my Venmo information and hope to visit with them sometime next week and present them with all of your generous donations. This will not only contribute to a great cause, it will show them the positive impact that they have had on our community by making good choices.  If you have read this far, I thank you!   If anybody is around tomorrow (7/1) and would like to pop by our open house at 631 Yetman Avenue between 10:45 AM – 1:30 PM, Bonnie and myself would love to meet you, give you a tour of the wonderful home for we have listed for sale, and meet other wonderful members of the Tottenville Community.  If you have any questions, please reach out to me at (917) 678–0250.
