Dominick didn't want to tell anybody this, but it's one of my favourite stories EVER so I feel like I have to share.
Here's what Dominick means when he says "I was a BIT skeptical at first."
Four days into working with us, Dominick said I was full of BU****IT, and he demanded a REFUND❗❗❗❗
Everything we set up for him had been live for less than 48 hours, and on our end, it looked like he was set up for amazing success.
So why was he angry 🤔
Even though things were looking good with us so far, he just COULDN'T stop thinking about all the times he'd been BURNED in the past by all these companies that only focused on LEADS, and only gave him:
🤢 Empty promises.
🤢 Crazy fees.
🤢 Excuse after excuse.
🤢 "Guaranteed Appointments" with people that had no money....
🤢 No results.
He wanted OUT while he still could... he didn't want to get burned AGAIN...
But I said "hey hey hey just give it 4 days and I know you're going to be happy with us, alright?"
3 days later, we connected him with a pre-approved buyer that was looking for a 425K property down by the beach, and he hopped on the phone with him and talked to him for another 10 minutes.
This prospect talked to Dominick and our team for a total of 23 minutes... he was obviously serious about buying a property, and even better, he wasn't working with a Realtor, he lived in the next neighbourhood to Dominick, and he was looking to move in only a few short months.
