The closing for this apartment was interesting…. Here’s why.....

My clients are staying in the building, which means the new buyer is also their new neighbor. Under certain circumstances, that could be a big awkward. But since both parties were warm, friendly and respectful during the entire process it wasn’t awkward at all.

They were able to get to know each other a bit as everything was being signed, and it felt more like a conversation than anything else.

I believe they may even be getting togeter this evening to celebrate with a little champagne, which seems very fitting and makes me heart happy 😊

Sometimes you’ve gotta hit pause to reset and recharge, don't you agree?

Over the past few months, I’ve unintentionally taken a bit of a social media break, fully immersing myself in my work with clients and spending quality time with my kids. Honestly, it’s been refreshing and so incredibly rewarding. But with the weather turning and the flowers starting to bloom I’m ready to step back into the world and reconnect with all of you. It feels so good to be back!
