Congratulations to my sellers and dear friends on the sale of their parents home-their childhood home. Lots of wonderful memories in this beautiful home. Thanks Mike Anthony Cerasani for the beautiful photography and video, Thank you to Vincent Gerardi for bringing a ready, willing and able buyer. Thankful for and appreciative of the help of my broker Anthony Franzese, Attorneys Charles Machado and Andrew Klapper who helped us navigate through the inspection, contract and closing while keeping both sellers and buyer happy.
