a leader in bringing exquisitely designed residential projects to the market. Nick and Caroline's keen insights on the New York City real estate landscape enabled a record-setting sale for one of their clients, who realized a 66% profit in just two years of ownership, achieving the highest sale price per square foot at the time. Recently, they sold a client's home for 11% above their agreed listing price. Combining service, care, and strategy, their commitment to buyers and sellers is apparent with their long list of loyal customers, and excellent results to show. Nick, a native New Yorker, was born and bred in the Upper Westside and educated on the Upper Eastside. Before venturing into real estate, Nick worked at the United Nations Department of Political Affairs. As a child chess prodigy, he was the United States National, New York State, and New York City chess champion at only eight years old. Nick graduated from the Hunter Elementary and High Schools, Wesleyan University (BA), University College London (Philosophy), and Rutgers University School of Law (JD). Before real estate, Caroline worked as an Executive Digital Producer for 15 years serving Fortune 100 Clients at top New York advertising agencies. Her keen problem-solving ability through years of project management serves her well in dealing with the many complexities of New York real estate transactions. A New York City resident for almost 30 years, Caroline received her Master’s Degree from New York University in the Interactive Telecommunications Program at the Tisch School of the Arts. Nick and Caroline live in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and enjoy traveling, hiking, and great food with their son Reid and Golden Retriever Daisy.
