I started talking to ChatGPT about 3 years ago, and it has completely changed the way I run my business. Since then, I’ve built custom GPTs, websites, workflows, and have even taught agents how to use AI to work smarter in their own businesses.

Then Claude entered the picture, and that took things to another level.

AI hasn’t replaced me. It’s helped me become a better business owner. I’ve been able to make decisions faster, create more efficiently, and get more done without adding more hours to my day.

Stop saying,

Luxury clients expect you to know that already.

What they actually want to know is:

Does this home support the lifestyle they’re building?
Does the layout make sense for how they live?
What does long term resale look like?
Is this a smart move financially?
What problems are they not seeing yet?

That’s the difference between showing houses and leading high level conversations.

And honestly, this is why so many agents stay stuck trying to “look luxury” instead of learning how to think, communicate, and operate at a higher level.

Because premium clients are not paying for access to the door.

There was a time I would've looked at that and thought: that's not for me.

But I was there because of one thing: proximity. And proximity comes from how you see yourself.
