Whether it was his first Yankees game with his father as a child, field trips to the city’s museums and landmarks as an adolescent, or his first visit to the Peculier Pub (may or may not have been 21), Carlos has always been drawn to the city’s grit, energy, and diversity. The son of Portuguese immigrants, hard work and integrity were nonnegotiable in his household. After attending the University

of Delaware, Carlos began his career in the restaurant industry where he eventually managed one of Delaware’s most highly regarded restaurants. Later, his thirst for knowledge of food and wine, drive to improve his restaurant skills, and desire to be closer to his family, Carlos moved to his beloved NYC to work at a Michelin rated restaurant. Though his passion of food and wine never wavered, his love of architecture, dealmaking and people made a transition into real estate too hard to resist. With over a decade of experience in fine dining, Carlos uses his managerial experience and attention to detail to satisfy the unique needs of each and every client. With 5 years of real estate experience under his belt, Carlos has established himself as an honest and diligent agent that will go above and beyond to find his clients what they are looking for. In his spare time, Carlos enjoys attending sporting events, snowboarding, exercising, art, and of course, dining. An avid runner, he has recently completed both half and full NYC marathons. Carlos is also a project leader with New York Cares where he currently teaches an after school photography program in Chelsea.
