Hello all, we have for Mid-November: 2 bedroom, 1 bath lower apartment. This apartment is approximately 852 sq ft and rent is $1,040/month. Apartment rents includes heat (regulated by resident), air conditioning (regulated by management), cold water, garbage removal, snow removal, and 2 parking spots; you are responsible for gas for the hot water, electric, and cable/internet. Laundry hook ups are available in the shared basement as well as a designated storage area.

When units are available, they do not stay available for long so I encourage you to apply as soon as possible. All units are leased on a first to sign with deposit basis. Once your application is received, we will then contact you for the remaining steps of the application. We will require proof of income (monthly gross income must be 3x the rent), license and social for background and credit check, and rental history verification.
