As we turn the next corner, the next chapter, the next decade we all try to guess and make predictions... but the reality is no one knows the depths of the cycle, the economic forecast, the political future and how it will affect our beautiful cityâs real estate market. What we do know is NYC is one of the most diverse, dynamic and greatest cities on the planet. New Yorkers create a pulse like no other, the energy is in our collective DNA. We know itâs become so vibrant, safe, and livable, the desire to âbe a part of itâ still drives very strong demand. đ˝
