FINALLY someone put their finger on what is happening in the market. Buyers believe it's a buyers market, sellers believe it's a sellers market. In Reality it is a market that just remembered that Real Estate is about location, location, location.

Advice to buyers, if you are waiting for the market to collapse to buy, remember that after every market slowdown, banks made it harder to borrow.

Despite rising inventory and lower mortgage rates, the 2026 spring housing market faces a "vibes" problem. Consumer sentiment is hitting record lows as fear of overpaying drives a new era of market pragmatism.

20 million single women now own homes and it is changing everything

What used to be rare is quickly becoming the new normal, as millions of single women across the U.S. are buying homes on their own and setting records in the process. For some, it signals independence and financial power. For others, it raises questions about shifting relationships, priorities, and what the future of traditional life paths might look like

The data center boom in Virginia continues to be a threat to the Potomac River’s water supply. The public deserves full transparency into the impact data centers have on our region.

The Potomac River region hosts the world’s largest concentration of data centers, with 200+ in Loudoun County and 100 more proposed. At the same time, our region has faced recent droughts and growing pressure on water supplies, raising concerns about whether our resources can keep up.

That’s why Potomac Conservancy is pushing for transparency on data center water use to protect the Potomac, its ecosystems, and nearby communities. It's our river, it's our responsibility.

To learn more about how Potomac Conservancy is advocating for that transparency, check out the link below! ⬇️
