The project included a full interior renovation with new walls, ceilings, wood cladding, polished concrete flooring, storefront improvements, and upgraded building systems throughout.

JRM Construction completed a 7,800+ SF build-out for Elyse Walker at the retailer’s flagship location at Sunset Boulevard and Swarthmore Avenue in Pacific Palisades, California.

The project combined three existing spaces into a single store with consolidated building systems, featuring a microtopping finish across the sales floor, tile and stonework at display walls, cast-in-place concrete stairs, and a new wood storefront.

Through close coordination and careful ex*****on, JRM delivered a flagship that brings three spaces together as one cohesive store.

Developed in partnership with Optimum Energy Design, Regal Structural Group, and Janson Scuro LLP.

JRM Construction completed a modern restaurant build-out for Chef Fei at Westfield UTC, featuring a 6,300 SF interior dining space, a 1,200 SF exterior patio, and a second-floor kitchen.

The project includes extensive custom millwork, a feature bar, banquette seating, decorative screens, and an open kitchen concept integrated into the dining experience.

Delivered in partnership with P**n Design, Lam Tea MEP Engineering, Orion Structural Engineering, and Trimark USA.

JRM Construction completed Bottega Veneta's latest boutique at Royal Poinciana in Palm Beach, delivering a refined retail environment tailored to the brand’s luxury experience.

The space features custom millwork, Italian terrazzo flooring, glass privacy doors, and a private VIC suite and fitting room, all brought together with LEED-focused construction practices and specialty finishes.

JRM Construction Management completed a two-story flagship store for New Balance at The Grove in Los Angeles.

The Southern California flagship features a curved interconnecting staircase, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, wood flooring, and custom millwork displays throughout the sales areas. A dedicated Made in USA room creates a distinct space to highlight New Balance’s domestically manufactured collection within the larger flagship experience.
