What was once looking in a newspaper and walking block to block to find a management company, the renter now can view online listings. But that’s where it all stops even in 2023! A renter contacts the agent, is lucky if they get a response the same day and gets an appointment two days later. This part of the process does not work anymore! Owners are losing time and money.

It’s hard to believe a full year has passed since the launch of .. Who would think to start a new business during a pandemic? Well during this unimaginable time, it allowed us to think differently, take a chance and most importantly create, plan and execute on a great business plan for the future. In less than a year, we hired a team, created all marketing collateral, opened an office, created our site plus executed 700 plus leases…. This photo still warms our heart the very first day the in person office opened. Happy 1 Year Anniversary to us.
