I’m feeling really good about this one. My client needed to find a place to buy quickly and when I say quickly I mean we had about 3 weeks to find somewhere. I didn’t want to see him having to find a rental in between selling his place and finding something new (and neither did he) so I pulled out all the stops. I am just SO happy that everything worked out. He loves, and I mean LOVES his new apartment and I can breathe easy, knowing that, as this Londoner would say ‘he’s sorted’.
