Many people reading this from the suburbs did not see a decrease in residential real estate prices and or a dramatic decrease in sales activity. Manhattan sure did. Happy to report the bleeding that began March 2022 when interest rates started to rise (11 consecutive increases) is now over. Looking forward to more volume overall and hopefully more options for potential purchasers as the rates continue to fall.

Some highlights from this summer’s family vacation in London, Lisbon and Barcelona with assorted day trips. Very fortunate to have this time together. My wife is the one who does all the group selfies so none on here.
