Caroline Bass - this post popped up on my feed from 15 years ago. The crazy thing about this photo is that all of these people are still in the real estate business. Brian Legum went rogue and became an attorney but his wife is now a real estate agent (call Karen Kimmel Legum if you need an agent in Delaware!) - we will let him slide since he’s still part of the tribe. I lived in this charming apartment from 2008-2010. I saw "West Village", "elevator", and "co-op allows unlimited subletting," how terrible the photos were, and the ancient kitchen and bathroom. I knew before getting there that it was perfect. I could only afford a bathroom reno at the time (the blue tile, blue tub, blue sink and blue toilet had to go!) and I later renovated the kitchen. My dad floated me the funds for the post-closing liquidity to get past the co-op board (thanks, dad!). I hope to keep it in the family forever! It is now for rent again at $4,400/month. I suspect it will go over that based on the 40 inquiries we received yesterday. Thanks for handling all of the inquiries!

We helped this lovely owner purchase this apartment off market at 635 W 42nd St by researching the owners in the building in the K line above the 35th floor. Then we did detective work to track down as many owners as possible. We found a seller and negotiated the deal for our client's dream home! We recently listed it for rent at $5,750/month and secured qualified tenants for $6,100/month. Teamwork makes the dream work!
