Last week’s Manhattan’s $4M+ Luxury Real Estate Market saw a total of 18 contracts signed, which was 9 fewer than the previous week but on par with the 10-year average for the third week of July. Condos outsold coops 10-6, with 2 townhouses rounding out the week’s total. It appears that the summer season has begun to take hold and we’ll probably see weekly swings in the amount of contracts signed in the market through August.
