Last week’s Manhattan $4M+ Luxury Real Estate Market saw a total of 36 new contracts signed, which was 4 more than the previous week. Condos outsold coops 21-9 with 1 condop and 5 townhouses rounding out the week’s total. The spring luxury market has remained strong with an average of 34 signed contracts per week with almost 25% of these deals signed for $10M or more.

The segments of the market that are more interest rate sensitive were impacted by rising interest rates, while the higher end is experiencing a dearth of inventory.
