There are 3 Mondays until Labor Day. For some of you that’s getting your kids back to school or possibly back to the office. Maybe you’ll be focused more on work or maybe neither of those but it’s not too early to think ahead now. Will you eat that Turk/tofurkey where you are living currently or somewhere else?

Real estate typically picks up significantly from September until right before Thanksgiving. Whether you’re considering selling, buying or moving in general, it’s time for us to prepare now to maximize your budget and to plan for what to expect with timelines so you can be settled before the holidays.

But by all means keep your vacationing in paradise and vitamin D absorption going I’m just here to poke you so you’re ready☝🏽

Me when they say they’re ready to start their search again🙌🏽
It’s been an exciting week in real estate in this bizarre summer market we’re having. I closed one one of the properties we navigated completely virtually and finally got to meet my client and see the property at the finish line.
Working through a lot of purchase forecasts with renters/buyers as well as those who are back in full swing of work and are looking at prices and wanting to take advantage of the excessive inventory.
Sellers are also best considering what options if they want to leave to rent or liquidate and purchase elsewhere.
This game of real estate is ever changing with the times but it is certainly not asleep at the moment🔥

You didn’t miss the Spring Market...it’s just being held this Summer.☀️It has been NYC Real Estate’s first week “reopening” with Phase 2. This means we can finally get you back into properties; with safety as an upmost priority of course. The Fed announced they will keep rates low. Hudson County and the NJ markets I also cover are capable of showings as well.

The past few months have caused a lot of changes in lifestyle; some permanent some temporary. I’m beyond ready to be able to get out there again to explore investments, summer homes, live/work spaces, valuations of current owned properties and more to best navigate this new world we’re adapting to. Let’s do this💪🏽
