Some weekends stay with you long after they’re over. This was one of them.

A few weeks later, I’m still thinking about this beautiful wedding at Dunbar Ranch - the setting, the conversations, the laughter, and most of all, the people.
There’s something incredibly special about celebrating love while surrounded by people you admire - friends who are building remarkable businesses, leading with purpose, thinking bigger, and continuing to inspire the people around them.

Congratulations to the beautiful couple on a wedding that was every bit as meaningful as it was unforgettable. And Chad, thank you for having me by your side for such a special weekend.

I spend much of my life surrounded by extraordinary homes, but I’ve always believed that true luxury is about so much more than where we live. It’s the relationships we build. The people we learn from. The conversations that stay with us. And the people who challenge us to keep growing.

There’s a reason I’ve always preferred saying “Let’s grow” instead of “Let’s go.”

The right people don’t just celebrate your wins. They expand the way you think, encourage you to dream bigger, and inspire you to become an even better version of yourself.

When I think about my favorite deals over the past 10 years, I just think: penthouses, penthouses, and more penthouses. 😊

Some people have even started calling me the “Penthouse Queen,” and I have to admit... I’ll happily take that title.

Living in Tribeca has only deepened my appreciation for Downtown living, and after representing some of New York City’s most remarkable penthouses, I can honestly say I’ll never get tired of walking into a home with a breathtaking view. Every skyline is different. Every terrace tells a different story. Every client makes the experience unique.

Looking through these photos brought back so many memories - from iconic listings to incredible clients, and yes... one very adorable Frenchie who almost stole the spotlight. 🐾

The past 10 years have reinforced something I’ve always believed: think bigger than you think is possible.

Luxury isn’t just about a price point - it’s a mindset. Whether my clients are buying, selling, or investing, my role has always been to understand their vision and create a strategy that helps them achieve it. That’s what this business has always been about for me.

It’s an incredible privilege to work with clients who trust me with some of life’s biggest decisions.

And we’re just getting started. My team and I are building something very exciting behind the scenes, and I couldn’t be more energized for the next chapter.

This month marks 10 years since I made one of the biggest decisions of my career.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be looking back on the people, moments, and lessons that have shaped this incredible chapter. And it all started with one leap.

After spending 27 years with the same company, I decided to take a leap and join Compass. At the time, plenty of people thought I was making a mistake.
They questioned why I would leave something so established for a company that was still writing its story.

But sometimes your intuition sees what others can’t.
I believed our industry was changing. More importantly, I believed that growth requires the courage to evolve, even when the path isn’t obvious to everyone around you.

Looking back, joining didn’t just change my business - it felt like a rebirth.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented, passionate, and generous people in this industry.

I’ve watched Compass grow into an incredible company, and I’m deeply grateful to Reffkin for creating a culture that empowers people to lead, innovate, and genuinely support one another.

Ten years later, I still wake up excited. I’m still learning. I’m still pushing myself. And I’m still convinced that the best careers - and the best lives - are built by people willing to trust themselves before the rest of the world does.

If there’s one thing these past ten years have taught me, it’s this:
Don’t let other people’s fear become your future.

Trust your instincts.
Keep growing.
Take the leap.

As I celebrate this milestone throughout the month, I simply want to say thank you to everyone at Compass who has been part of this incredible journey.

A home is never just four walls.

Behind every sale is a chapter of someone’s life. The kitchen where babies took their first steps. The dining room that hosted decades of holidays. The terrace where mornings began. The doorman who became part of the family. The living room that witnessed life’s biggest and smallest moments.

Selling a home isn’t just a transaction. It’s often one of life’s biggest transitions.
After helping clients buy, sell, and move for decades - and having bought, sold, and renovated homes myself - I know that every key handed over comes with memories, emotions, and a story.

That’s why this has never felt like a transaction to me. It’s about listening, understanding what’s changing in someone’s life, and helping them move forward with confidence. Many of my clients have become friends over the years, and being trusted with such an important transition is something I’ll never take for granted.

Inside, warm maple floors, skylights, and sunlit interiors echo the same quiet glow, creating a home that feels as connected to the outdoors as it does to the comfort within.

Some homes are defined by their square footage. Others are defined by the moments they hold.

What an epic view
(Clearly this wasn’t filmed today… ☁️😅 But this view deserves to be seen on a crystal-clear New York day).

I never get tired of New York City’s most epic views, and we recently rented this apartment overlooking Central Park to clients who can’t wait to spend their summer in the city.

Some homes make an impression.
Others make you pause.

And this is the kind of view that reminds you to slow down for a moment, take it all in, and appreciate how much your surroundings can shape the way you feel.

When a home offers a view like this, it becomes a daily reminder of just how extraordinary city living can be.
