She cut her teeth doing rentals in Bushwick, Brooklyn, where she was recruited by MySpace NYC and quickly promoted to manager. She became a company trailblazer with a talent for innovative branding and marketing techniques. She recruited and trained a team, doubled her sales each year, and managed principal landlord accounts. Her extensive network of trusted clients, peers, and industry professionals is a testament to her success during that time. Gillian has since mastered every aspect of New York City real estate, selling townhouses, mixeduse properties, co-ops, and condos from Windsor Terrace to the Upper East Side. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers and builds a natural rapport with her clients through bespoke service that is attentive but not overbearing. As a listing agent, she loves staging and photographing homes and using her own style and personality to present properties in their best light. She enjoys exploring the city on behalf of her buyers. She gains immense satisfaction from helping them find their dream homes while navigating the process as seamlessly and smoothly as possible. Gillian was born in Manchester, UK. She earned a Master’s in Psychology at the University of Glasgow and a Master’s in Business Administration at Strathclyde Business School, also in Glasgow. She has called New York home since 2006, living in various neighborhoods in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens before settling in Bushwick, Brooklyn, with her son, Finn. Gillian loves yoga and is a certified instructor who previously taught private pre-natal and kids yoga classes. She also likes dancing, cooking, hosting dinner parties, and traveling to Europe whenever possible.
