Prior to working in the media and entertainment industries, Neil worked for 5 years as a corporate banking analyst for one of the nations larg
est and most successful financial institutions. He has also worked in the insurance industry for a number of years where he developed a strong understanding of personal and small business finance. Despite moving away on occasions, Neil considers himself a proud Brooklyn native, where he was born, raised and currently lives. He is very knowledgeable about all of New York City and is passionate about sharing his love of the city with others. Neil is an excellent listener that is empathetic to the needs of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants and is dedicated to helping them achieve their objectives. Known for his honesty, integrity, and winning attitude, clients can trust him to work tirelessly and diligently in their best interest. Neil attended Temple University in Philadelphia for undergraduate studies where he studied General and Strategic Management and earned his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Neil currently serves as a Board Member for the Metro New York Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, a not-for-profit service organization for business professionals. He has completed 5 ING New York City Marathons, about a dozen half marathons and countless races of various other distances. Besides running, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking in all New York City has to offer; from museums, to Broadway shows, to street festivals to parks, to playgrounds, there’s no place quite like New York. It’s never uncommon to run into him at a live show or music festival or event in New York or any other city. During his free time, he contributes to a music blog and consults artists and managers on how to advance their careers in the music industry. Whether its real estate, running or rhythms, Neil lives by the words “Let’s Move!”
