Today is the 25th Anniversary of 9/11. It was important for us to bring our children here. Not because they can fully understand the weight of September 11th yet, but because one day they will.

We honor the lives taken, the heroes who gave their lives, the families forever changed, and the courage and humanity we witnessed in the days that followed.

May we continue to tell their stories.

Kinda chic… but make it 25 years in the making.

Never forgetting where you came from. Staying humble enough to keep learning. Raising two little humans. Loving a man who spent his career running toward what others ran from. Surrounding yourself with women who inspire you. Walking through $60M penthouses one day and mapping out the next business move the next.

Because success, to me, was never just about selling beautiful homes.

It’s about building a life, a reputation and a career you’re proud of — and having the courage to keep evolving.

Mayor Mamdani’s Pied-à-Terre tax rollout has officially hit a wall. A NY Supreme Court judge issued a Temporary Restraining Order after homeowners sued over a "botched" ex*****on that falsely targeted primary residents.

• City ordered to remove 960,000 properties from the published tax roll.

• Collections paused on 17,000 mailed notices.

• Part 3 drops after next court date Aug 31st hearing.

Did you receive a Pied-à-Terre tax notice from NYC Department of Finance?

Between the 900,000-address database headlines and confusing assessment letters, a lot of property owners are worried they’re being hit with a massive surcharge on their home.

Here’s the reality:
* The tax applies to non-primary residences ($5M+ homes / $1M+ condos & co-ops).
* Receiving a notice doesn’t automatically mean you owe—exemptions apply for primary homes, family occupants, and long-term rentals.
* The city extended the exemption filing deadline to September 18th.

The days feel long, but somehow the years fly by.

We celebrated Sapphire’s preschool graduation and Kaeden’s move up to Pre-K 3.
From brunch with family to backyard splash time and ending the day with our annual carnival tradition, my heart is full.

These little milestones remind me that while careers, goals, and accomplishments matter, nothing is more important than the memories we create with the people we love.

So proud of our Brave little girl and Sweet boy. Mommy and Dad are grateful for every chapter of their journey, so far.
