One Domino Square is my favorite new building in Brooklyn. And the best building for investment in the whole borough. My client will be paying 3.06 to purchase, and will rent it out for ~$16,500 per month. The math works. The only thing better would be living here instead!

I’ve never seen an amenities package quite like this one. Multiple pools, state-of-the-art gym, endless gorgeous state of the art coworking space: lounges, cinema event spaces, you name it.

And all of this takes place at the doorstep to Domino Park. The most exciting new neighborhood in Brooklyn if you ask me. Used to be thought of as South Williamsburg and not as “prime” as North Williamsburg. But then did their thing and created a waterfront urban oasis that stretches for blocks and blocks. Creating a new neighborhood that still has room to run investment-wise. Soon the whole city will discover it. For now, the price per square foot it’s about 2/3 of what it would be for something comparable in Manhattan. That is if something comparable in Manhattan even existed.
