Prior to Douglas Elliman, I have spent my career in various financial firms including over 5 years spent in underwriting residential mortgages. Because of this, I have unique understanding of financing, often able to find financing solutions for clients they did not know were possible. I pride myself in delivering highly personalized service for buying, selling, or investing in residential real estate. Just as every one of my clients’ have unique goals; I provide a tailored experience for each one of them. Depending on where you live, owning a home may seem like a far off dream or it could be fairly realistic. In New York City, for example, a person needs to be making at least six figures to buy a home, but in Cleveland you could do it with just over $45,000 a year.
