Residential Real Estate Sales in Brooklyn and Manhattan I have been a Real Estate professional in New York City for over 25 years, most of which was with one of the largest firms in the city and have established myself as a highly respected and accomplished broker in the residential

Real Estate market. I have facilitated in the sale of condominiums, co-ops, townhouses and rentals within Manhattan and Brooklyn and have operated as the Sales Manager for several new developments. I am a member of REBNY (the Real Estate Board of NY), and NYRS (New York Residential Specialist), a designation awarded by the Real Estate Board of New York that recognizes the business and educational achievements of qualified residential agents who successfully complete a series of courses in real estate law, macroeconomics, commercial real estate, ethics, negotiation, marketing, and technology. They comprise a powerful peer network of like-minded professionals committed to ethical behavior, professional excellence, and advanced education. There are many challenges of being successful in one of the world’s greatest cities and toughest markets - I am motivated to face those challenges, and strive to exceed goals and maintain a strong reputation for customer satisfaction. Through excellent interpersonal communications, presentation skills and service, I am adept at building long-term relationships by establishing high levels of confidence and trust. I am a problem-solver, a hand-holder when need be and very attentive. I will be there from the beginning to the end of all transactions; dedicated to getting the job done smoothly and worry-free. On my off time, I study yoga, ballet and modern dance and love to sing soprano in a traveling choir that performs for many events and causes throughout the area. Also, with my love of the outdoors, I am an avid gardener, growing my own produce and sharing the over-load with neighbors and friends. I have enjoyed a lifetime of travel - even landing a job in Palermo, Sicily where I taught modern jazz dance. I own homes in the Historic District of Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, Carlstadt, NJ and a home-away-from-home in the Town of Catskill, NY, where I heartily enjoy swimming, hiking and cultural events. I am now licensed in New Jersey where I have joined the team at LeConte Realty. If you’re migrating to or from New York, I can now help thanks to this new relationship!
