Ours is a story of Dreams and making those Dreams come true. This is a story of a young man having attended NYU and graduating from Hofstra University. He worked his way through college selling real estate in Hempstead, Long Island. He had two passions sports (particularly boxing) and Real Estate. In 1970 he opened his 1st Real Estate office in Queens, Cambria Heights specifically. He rented a lar
ge office and with hard work and genuine optimism he felt if he worked 7 days a week and developed a reputation for professionalism and integrity his business would thrive. He bought Long Island Homes that had been in business for close to 100 years and he opened and acquired other Real Estate offices. In 1976 he was about to enter the World of Sports in Boxing. He signed 2 Olympic Gold Medal Winners Howard Davis and Ronnie Harris and a 2 time Gold Gloves Champion Gerry Cooney. He proceeded to manage or promote 5 World Heavyweight Champions, George Forman, Tim Witherspoon, Trevor Berbick, Tony Tucker and Oleg Maskaev. He also promoted Roberto Duran, Hector “Macho” Camacho and Junior Welterweight Champion Billy Costello and many more re-nound boxers. Yankees. Unfortunately George Steinbrenner refused to sell. During this time he never moved his office. 5th Avenue Realty, U.S.I.A. Homes, S.I.A. Homes and Long Island Homes were merged into Cozy Homes Realty and that is when Cozy Homes became known as the Real Estate Department Store. He has brokered the sale of well over 10,000 properties and together with their families has helped 40,000 people live in their own home sweet home.
