We just sold a renovated 6-family in Bushwick. Real Estate is not a commodity, every building has its own story and history, but if there was a single property that represented the general market, it would be 1329 Hancock Street.
Fully renovated in 2022 via a substantial rehab, average rents of $3,600 for three-bedroom layouts, good but not prime location, 2B tax class protection, and a cookie cutter expense ratio of 20%.
