A Westport native and Fairfield University graduate, Nicole spent 20 years as a Manhattanite – working in a Director’s role managing an international production and product development team for a multi-billion dollar fashion house. Nicole parlayed her skills, and reputation for outstanding service, dedication and teamwork into building a real estate business in New York City. While she initially f
ocused on the rental market, she joined a top producing team of two agents that were highly respected for their professionalism and productivity within the luxury sales market. Nicole and the team collectively sold just shy of a billion dollars in real estate over the last seven years. When the pandemic hit, Nicole decided to expand her business beyond Manhattan to Connecticut’s Fairfield County. While she and her family looked to purchase their own home, she also sought out a team similar to her New York group and couldn’t be happier to have found that at Leslie Clarke Homes at William Raveis. Reconnecting with the town that she grew up in and forming roots in the beautiful Greenfield Hill neighborhood of Fairfield where she now resides has been very exciting! With a wealth of knowledge from the fast-paced New York City market, diving into the trial by fire suburban market has quickly given Nicole the tools to add value to selling or purchasing any type of property in or outside of the city…most importantly offering her outbound clients the ease of working with one broker who can see the big picture in both markets enables her to provide seamless service. Nicole’s personal interests include art, architecture, interior design, fashion, antiques, and traveling. As a creative person, she has the ability to see potential in any space. Through her exposure to the NYC construction industry (her husband’s business!) and her enthusiasm to take on any scope of project, Nicole has built trusted, reliable tradesmen and interior designers to help her clients’ dreams come true. As well and trusted mortgage brokers, attorneys, and others, to help streamline any real estate transaction for buyers and sellers in both markets. Outside of real estate, Nicole is a former parishioner of the Church of Saint Ignatius Loyola where she served on the Family Ministry and established a support group called Moms, Pops and Tots. Komen for the Cure Foundation as well as an annual donor for several other causes and looks forward to aligning with similar groups in her new community.
