Sybil’s interest in real estate formed while being an integral part of locating facilities for charter schools through co-locations, renting private facilities, building new facilities, and building out additional classrooms in existing space. She previously developed, managed and trained directors in over 20 charter schools with a team throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Illinois. Sybil has successfully transferred her tireless work ethic and management experience from the corporate world. She held the position of Executive Director of Operations and Finance and worked in several industries such as insurance, gas and oil, e-commerce and education over two decades. She prides herself on her interpersonal skills, attention to detail, follow through and, most importantly, her ability to listen to the client’s needs. These qualities ensure that every real estate transaction results in a satisfied client. She has a track record in going above and beyond the call of duty for her clients.
