Plumbing risers have been replaced, work in lobby level stores is substantially complete work on 8W renovation is making great progress, whole place is spiffy and fun, ready for holiday guests!

Groff has two upgrades: Water pressure and full time super!

- Our beloved super is now on site, Monday through Friday. Our agency will get someone here rapidly if we have unexpected needs outside of normal business hours.

- We've added water pumps on the roof to augment our new house tank so everyone can be showering, washing clothes, and running dishwashers all at once without any diminution of pressure — we love it!

Our new boiler install starts tomorrow morning. – last of the big infrastructure projects. After this it's all fun (the roof deck, furnishing the lobby). One 9th floor renovation is nearly done, the other is a month away from completion. It's all looking gorgeous!
