Should I start a “Fireplaces of NYC” series? 🤔 shopping fun. This particular mantle was salvaged from an old , the fireplace is purely decorative but was an interesting design feature I felt was photo worthy Bc it’s old with a little new world — and yes those are concrete floors.

DONE DEAL IN 9 HOURS. “Just Listed” at 2PM on a Friday to “Accepted Application” by 11:30 that evening and for full asking price. If you’ve been following me for a while then you know I don’t always post EVERY deal and not the world but I like to post ones with a good story and this one’s for the books. The owner had been working with other agents for years, met me handed me a portfolio of apartments to rent and I got them done within two weeks of hitting the market with multiple applicants, with the exception of this gem. Not even 24 hours ☺️🙌🏽
