Lower mortgage rates could mean more competition in the housing market. 😲

That's right, inflation and the Fed's interventions impact mortgage rates, and assuming inflation goes down, rates could decrease to around 5% in 2024.

But with more buyers and not enough sellers, competition will intensify.

So, if you're thinking of buying your dream home, now might be the time to act before the competition gets even fiercer!

For me, it’s an accurate way to think about investing in as a way to build wealth.

Sure, money doesn't literally grow on trees (although that would be pretty cool), but by owning property, you can earn passive income through rental payments and increase your net worth over time.
