In August, we introduced you to our newest member, Bryce Kristall. And what makes a growing team more official than a new team photo? ✨ In September, we finally got the chance to gather together for those new images (in Danielle's new home on the UWS no less!) and we are so grateful to our longtime go-to Hayley Ellen Day () for these team photos which express us so well.

We are now a team of seven women. Our seventh, Lindsay Proud, is not pictured here because just as our team has grown — her family has grown too! Swipe ➡️ to welcome Harrison Phoenix Garland Bierschenk - born in August and already .

Harrison marks the third birth on our team since we were formed in 2016 - including Danielle's Talia and Harrison's big sister, Lyla Ray. We are jazzed and joyful at this newest expansion of our team-that-feels-like-family (and for the ways that having a strong team makes the work of motherhood more doable for the mamas among us!).

I’m a bit late with this one but I’ve been honeymooning! We are so excited for this one : the Jane Advisory is growing again!

After our biggest year yet, we Janes have been delighted and depleted, exhilarated and exhausted. And valuing our quality of life as highly we do and taking our commitment to our clients seriously as we do, we’ve known it’s going to take something new to make this joyful growth sustainable while making sure our clients stay resourced with attention, insight, and yes-and creativity.

So we’re thrilled to introduce our biggest yes-and of the year : our new seventh teammate, Bryce Kristall!

I was introduced to Bryce before she was in real estate. We met at a small dive bar near the Compass office in Union Sq to discuss getting started in this business. I could tell immediately she was my kind of people and loved her on the spot. Over the years, I’ve watched her grow into a ✨star✨ agent, always thinking “MAN! That girl is going places!”

Bryce is amazing in so many ways:
