Here is another article I was featured in about the market in general and it supports the fact that the luxury market above 5 million is strong with low inventory in the nyc area. Also our market has been driven for at least two decades by buyers who bypass the financing system. 50% of purchasers are all cash, even though during interest rate increases, they act like they are financing because they see the higher rates as an opportunity.

It's an interesting dynamic.

The Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate markets are so resilient. I've seen the Manhattan market in so many incarnations and I can say that it is flexible and that Manhattan real estate is always in high demand.

The rental market is red hot the third week in March this year through probably early September.
