In time, many of my rental clients returned to me, seeking my services for their buying needs. I developed a reputation for being energetic, tenacious, and honest. Motivated by a sincere desire to help people, I soon became one of the top three sales agents at Halstead Property, a prestigious New York Real Estate firm. Marriage and motherhood brought me to Westport in 1989 and I began focusing my

real estate career on the Westport, Wilton, Weston and Fairfield markets. After becoming familiar with the area, I sold enough properties to be recognized as one of the top agents at William Pitt Sothebys. In 2011, I again made a move, when my husband and I, accompanied by our three dogs, made our way to Boston. I continued to maintain my affiliation with Halstead Property in Manhattan and Fairfield County, while also joining Boston Realty Advisors, to service my clients in the Boston area. In early 2014, we returned to Westport, where I am now affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties (previously Prudential Connecticut Realty.) My strong negotiating, problem solving, and communication skills, honed over more than 35 years as a Realtor, allows me to bring an outstanding level of service and results to my sellers. My first-hand knowledge of the schools, activities, recreational facilities and all of the exceptional amenities that Fairfield County has to offer, allows my buyers to make an educated and confident decision, on the home that best fits their needs. Even in the face of death, she wouldn’t let go. Amid wildfire chaos, a police officer found a mother bear in a burned car, cradling her lifeless cub — silent, grieving, unmoving. The cub had died from smoke inhalation, but she stayed, guarding her baby. Rescuers spent hours gaining her trust. When they carried the cub away, she followed closely, making sure love didn’t leave her sight. "Hello, l'm a possum. Probably, you don't know it, but I'm not here to cause any trouble. Actually, I'm here to help. Every night, I can eat around 2,000 ticks, along with insects that spread disease.
I also keep snake numbers in check, even the venomous ones. My body is tough enough to survive rattlesnake or coral snake bites, and yes, I even eat venomous snakes like they're just another meal.
What's more, my blood carries something special. Scientists have used it to develop treatments for snake bites that save lives. Without animals like me, there would be more pests, more snakes, and fewer cures for people.
So if you see me, please don't hurt me. Let me raise my babies. I'm just out here doing my part to make the world a little safer for everyone."
