This building was the former Cocoa Exchange made even more famous by John Wick's movies. It's a beautiful triangular-shaped landmark reminiscent of the Flatiron Building and it's replete with history. It was built in 1904 in neo-Renaissance style and it once housed the NY Cocoa Exchange from 1931 to 1972.
