Just Sold | 130 William

Some homes simply feel right the moment you walk through the door.

I am thrilled to have helped my first-time homebuyers secure this beautiful residence at 130 William. From the iconic arched windows and stunning skyline views to the thoughtful architecture and exceptional amenities, this home offers a truly unique New York living experience.

Helping clients purchase their first home is always one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. It’s not just about finding a property—it’s about finding the place where the next chapter of life begins.

Congratulations to my wonderful clients on their new home, and thank you for trusting me to guide you through the journey. 🏙️🔑✨

Mother’s Day feels a little deeper as we grow older.
You begin to truly understand the quiet strength it takes to keep showing up for your family — day after day, year after year — especially while carrying your own struggles silently.
My mother has never had the easiest health journey, yet somehow she has always remained warm, loving, caring, and endlessly supportive to everyone around her. Even on days when she herself was not feeling strong, she still found the energy to comfort, encourage, and hold the family together with grace.
She also always encouraged me to enjoy my life and live it to the fullest — to travel, experience the world, laugh often, build meaningful relationships, and never postpone joy. That gift of perspective is something I carry with me every single day.
As a daughter, mother, and now grandmother, I appreciate her sacrifices and resilience more than ever before. Her strength was never loud. It was steady, gentle, and constant — the kind that shapes a family for generations.
And this Mother’s Day, I also feel incredibly grateful watching the next generation of mothers in our family — especially my wonderful daughter-in-law — raise her children with the same love, patience, warmth, and devotion that make a house feel like home.
Today, I celebrate not just my mother, but the extraordinary spirit of mothers everywhere who continue to give love even when life asks so much of them.
Happy Mother’s Day ❤️

“Reena, what’s the market actually like right now?”

I’ve been getting this question a lot lately.
Short answer? It’s calmer, but far from slow.

The right homes are still moving.
The right buyers are still very much here.

It just looks different now.

I’ve shared a more detailed breakdown on LinkedIn if you’re curious.

I started my real estate career at 50.

Everyone had an opinion about that.
Some were kind about it. Others weren't.

A few people I respected quietly suggested I was being impractical.

That the market was competitive.
That I was late.
That I should think carefully before turning something I loved into something I had to perform.

I heard all of it. I just didn't let it decide for me.

The truth is, I had spent decades building something before real estate, a life across cities, across cultures, across versions of myself I didn't fully understand until much later.

New Delhi, New York, Mumbai, Warsaw, London, Chicago, New York and Miami

Each city handed me a new understanding of what home actually means to people when they're far from where they started.

By the time I walked into real estate, I wasn't starting from zero.

I was starting from everything I had already lived.
I've now been doing this for over a decade.

And I still believe what I believed the day I started.

It is never too late to begin something that actually fits who you are.

If you're sitting on the fence about something, a move, a career, a version of your life you keep postponing, I'm not going to tell you it'll be easy.

I'll just tell you: the people who said I was late were wrong.

In Miami, $1M buys 58 sqm of prime real estate.

New York? 34. London? 33. Monaco? Just 15.

But the real story isn't the square footage — it's what comes with it. Waterfront. Weather. A global community. No state income tax. No state estate tax.

Foreign buyers from 73 countries invested $4.4B into South Florida in 2025 alone. The world's wealthiest have already made their move.

The question is — have you?
