Part-Time Field Service Representative (Property Inspections & Court Appearance)
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Field Service Representative to join our team. This role involves conducting property inspections, documenting findings, and representing our clients in court proceedings when required.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently in the field while also appearing in a legal setting.
*Key Responsibilities*
Conduct scheduled property inspections in accordance with client guidelines and timelines
Coordinate daily routes and travel based on assigned property locations
Follow all inspection instructions, including special client requirements
Accurately document property conditions, occupancy status, and any relevant findings
Complete and submit inspection reports immediately after each inspection
Communicate all updates and findings to the office representative in a timely manner
*Court & Legal Responsibilities*
Attend inquests and trials on behalf of our clients
Provide sworn testimony verifying that you personally inspected the property and confirmed occupancy status
Meet with bank attorneys prior to each hearing to review case details
Appear in Eviction Courts throughout all five boroughs of New York City and Nassau County
Attend scheduled evictions alongside a City Marshal or Sheriff and document ex*****on of the eviction process
*Requirements*
Valid driver’s license
Active auto insurance
Reliable, fully functional vehicle
Digital camera or smartphone capable of clear photo documentation and upload capabalities to Google Drive
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and professionalism
Ability to confidently appear and testify in court
*Preferred Qualifications*
Prior experience in property inspections, field services, or real estate
Familiarity with eviction proceedings or legal environments (a plus, but not required)
