Effective April 20, 2022 standardized operating procedures and prerequisites that prospective homebuyer must meet prior to receiving service. This includes but not limited to the following:
1. Prospective buyer is required to show identification and pre-approval letter from a bank or lending institution.

2. Agency/sellers agreement: There must be a listing agreement for the sale of property betw

een agency and seller, either in the form of an exclusive listing, exclusive right to sell, or an open listing.

3. In concordance with Chapter 153 of the Laws of 2022. Division of Licensing Services NYS Department of State.
