ping them realize their own real estate dreams. A former actor prior to entering real estate, Greg originally came into the business equipped with a number of skills highly attuned to delivering success and building relationships. For both actors and real estate agents, the ability to listen carefully is paramount. Greg's acting training also honed his ability to be at ease with new people in stressful situations, to adapt to change, and to persevere no matter the challenges. While sellers appreciate Greg's thorough, detail-oriented approach and the deep roster of local vendors he brings in to maximize a property's value, buyers and investors seek out his counsel due to his much-admired low-pressure approach. He has seemingly infinite reserves of patience, and his devotion to total transparency makes it abundantly clear that he puts his clients' interests above all else. Throughout his career, Greg has consistently ranked within the top one percent nationwide and has produced nearly $600,000,000 in transactional volume since 2016. Immediately before joining Compass, he earned Salesperson the Year accolades in his former Chelsea/Flatiron office at The Corcoran Group, and since then has been recognized by Wall Street Journal/Real Trends as one of America's Best Agents every year. Passionate about New York City and energized by the ever-changing, exciting nature of the real estate business, Greg strives to connect with clients, exceed expectations and create long-lasting, ongoing relationships. Greg has lived in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, giving him an in-depth knowledge of our city's many neighborhoods and enclaves. "I truly feel as if I am a part of this city. I don't think I'd be happy selling anywhere else," he says. He currently resides in Cobble Hill with his wife and two children. In his free time, you'll find him trying to find the city’s next greatest restaurant, taking in live music and theater, traveling, and cheering on his New York Yankees.

A proud moment for our team.

The latest rankings were released this week, and we’re excited to share that in our first year officially ranked as , we came in at #28 among Medium-Sized Teams in New York and #138 in the United States by sales volume.

Truthfully, rankings always feel a little surreal. Looking through the list of teams we’re alongside is a good reminder to pause for a moment and appreciate what we’ve built together.

We’re incredibly grateful to our clients for trusting us with some of life’s biggest decisions, and to our referral partners, colleagues, friends, and families for supporting us along the way. None of this happens without you.

Most of all, I’m grateful for our team. Being part of this group is one of the great joys of my life, and this recognition is the result of a lot of hard work, care, and commitment from some truly exceptional people.

We have a lot to be proud of, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

Additional highlights include an Ornare walk-in closet, radiant heated floors, a chef’s kitchen outfitted with Sub-Zero, Miele, Gaggenau, and Thermador appliances, central air, and a Crestron system throughout.

Built in 1899 by Carrère & Hastings, the legendary architects behind The Frick Collection and the New York Public Library, The Dunham House remains one of the Upper East Side’s true architectural treasures, positioned just moments from Central Park, Madison Avenue, and some of Manhattan’s finest dining and shopping.

If you know me, you know I have a soft spot for Carroll Gardens.

Got to team up with for their Know the Neighborhood series and spend the day highlighting what makes this place so special… from the brownstone blocks with actual front yards to some of the best food in Brooklyn.

This is just a preview. Full video is in the link in bio!

Still riding the high from our team outing on Wednesday.

We kicked things off with mini golf and cocktails at Swingers Crazy Golf, took it sky-high with a full Korean feast at Gaonnuri, and wrapped the night with some very questionable karaoke decisions.

Nights like this remind you what it’s really about. Not just working together, but actually showing up for each other, having each other’s backs, and building something that goes beyond the day to day.

Grateful for this crew.

JUST LISTED: 856 Washington Avenue, 9A - Asking $2,495,000 🤩

Over 1,600 square feet. Three bedrooms. Two-and-a-half baths. Triple exposures. Private balcony. ✨

From nearly every room, the views stretch across tree-lined Brooklyn, through the Downtown skyline, and into a full, unobstructed sweep of Manhattan’s most iconic landmarks. It’s the kind of perspective that rarely comes to market.

High ceilings, oversized windows, and a seamless layout anchored by a beautifully designed chef’s kitchen with walnut cabinetry, Pietra del Cardosa stone, and Thermador appliances.

Full-service building with strong amenities, set right at the intersection of Prospect Heights and Park Slope, moments from Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and some of Brooklyn’s best dining. 💪

This one hits differently. First showing this Sunday at OH 2:30-4.

Here is the truth. I didn’t want to move to NYC - I was terrified. This place felt huge, intense, expensive and a little unhinged. I did it anyway against my will because I wanted to be an actor and, apparently, you cannot try to be on Broadway from your couch.

Fast forward a bit and the city I was scared of is now the love of my life. New York has seen every version of me: the broke actor, the Times Square waiter, and now the real estate guy with a wife and two kids who still cannot believe this is his actual life. Life has a way of taking twists and turns and leading you to where you never thought you would be, and where you were probably meant to be all along.

Everyone has their own NY story. This short video tells mine. I’d love to hear more about yours in the comments below! 👇
