All smiles in the office after 3 days in the sun! Wanted to take a second to brag on my amazing team who totally took the reins while I was gone and made me so proud...came back to 6 closed deals by David and 5 closed deals by Ryan. Last year we had the best April we’d ever had in six years, and IM SO PROUD to say that this year, we managed to beat last years number!!! It’s proof that goals are so important. We have tracked our monthly income year over year for the better part of a decade now, and we’re always in competition with our past selves- always trying to be better than we were last year and always reaching for what seems like the impossible. None of this could happen without the group-think, the teamwork, the ability to adapt and change, and the constant questioning of how we can best meet our clients needs. Over the last year, that’s meant a lot of videos and filming for clients overseas and clients who seem to never be able to get out of work (you know who you are), and tougher negotiating than ever. The market is always evolving and so are we. I’m so proud of these guys. Love you from the bottom of my sunburnt soul.

“Listing photos” are a big part of our job. They challenge us to capture and evoke the emotion of what it actually feels like to be somewhere else. I think that in a city like New York, listing photos require more than just interior shots. Each different block, street corner and facade offers its own unique sense of home and I think it’s our job to show those things off too. Regardless of which two cross streets are yours, your street corner is one of a kind and you’ll get to know it inside and out. You’ll know exactly where there’s a dip in the curb or a raise in the sidewalk and which side of the street gets more sun through the afternoon. I admire ’s eye and perspective very much, so I and asked him to capture my building and street corner for me. I wanted a photo of the corner that I’ve spent so many years getting to know and love.
