Long time, everyone - happy holidays - little update, we have been quite involved in lots of Real Estate goings-on in one of the hottest markets around...in the Lehigh Valley. Only 75-85 min away straight shot West on 78 from Brooklyn & NYC, you can get there almost consistently faster than to Midtown from Brooklyn now (unfortunately). We will be posting up properties, businesses, both commercial and residential as opportunities arise, and it's no coincidence a great many New Yorkers are looking in this area as well.
