A powerhouse on the South Side with six thriving locations, Wu’s House chose the Quentin Collection for its newest high end Japanese steakhouse and sushi concept, and the community response has been extraordinary. According to our property management team’s recent conversation with the owner, the restaurant is already serving 400 guests per day during the week and 1,000 guests on weekends, quickly establishing itself as a premier dining attraction.

Beyond being a strong traffic driver, Wu’s House has become an immediate asset to the center: enhancing visibility, energizing the tenant mix, and drawing new customers to the property daily. Just before Christmas, Wynnewood Village partnered with Frame House Outreach Foundation for its annual toy drive, and it was a huge success!

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we were able to provide toys, bicycles, heaters, coats, shoes, clothing, food, cash, gift cards, and more to families in need.

And yes… Santa made his grand entrance on a Harley again! Seeing the joy on parents’ and kids’ faces was truly heartwarming.
