• �233 contracts were signed in Manhattan last week, up 8% week-over-week but down 9% year-over-year.
• �This was the second consecutive week with an annual decline in contract activity.
• �Versus a year ago, new development sales were level, but resale condo and co-op sales declined.
• �Most price ranges, submarkets and bedroom types saw fewer signed contracts than a year ago.
